30-Day Return Policy

We give you 30 days to test drive your new performance eyewear. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, minus any shipping costs. This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.

 

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@svedoptical.com with your order number and a brief description for the return.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred with the return.

SVED Optical Prescription Change Policy

 

60-Day Prescription Change Policy

We understand that prescription changes can occur after your purchase. If your Optometrist adjusts your prescription within 60 days of your original purchase, we will happily remake your eyewear at no additional charge, except for shipping costs.

 

To initiate a prescription change, contact our customer service team at support@svedoptical.com with your order number and updated prescription.
